Match Fishing

• All home matches are limited to 13 Anglers - away matches dependent on venue please check
• Please book on for both home and away matches through text with name to 07863 666555
• Sunday draws will commence at 8.45am with fishing 10am to 3pm (4pm on Resomania and certain away matches)
• Thursday draws will commence at 5.15pm to 5.45pm with fishing 6.30pm to 9pm
• Due to COVID there maybe a requirement for an online draw, please check the club's Facebook page if in doubt
• Once arrived please unload your gear and wait by your car
• The Match Secretary will call you through on order of booking to draw your peg
• Ensure all nets/mats are dipped
• Correct money to be dropped into tin
• Adult Prices Thursday £5 - Sunday £10 - Away Matches £20
• Juniors 16 and under can fish all home matches free of charge
• Sunday Home Golden Peg of £1 capped and rolled over at £50
• The Match Secretary will draw your peg - please proceed straight to peg

Match Rules

• No Pre-baiting allowed.
• Groundbait (1kg Dry) through a feeder or cup only - No balling in
• Any fish being played when the All out is called can be landed up to 15 minutes after the All out
• Silver Fish Matches - due to the recent F1 Carp stocking all Carp and F1 Carp will not count
• No Spodding, Bait Boats, Floating or artificial baits
• Fully running leads and feeders at all times
• Only 1 hook per rig no double patting
• As many rods and poles can be set up but only one used for fishing at any time
• Do not throw unused bait into the water - take it home and feed the seagulls
• No walking round during matches
• Weigh in to be done by designated persons only
• Banter, jibs and wind ups are mandatory
